Join Our Team at Authentic Minds Psychotherapy, LLC
About Us
Founded by Kelly O’Hanlon, MS, LPC, Authentic Minds Psychotherapy, LLC provides a compassionate and affirming space for adolescents, adults, and older individuals to explore grief, trauma, and the patterns that may no longer serve them. Our practice is rooted in a client-centered philosophy, honoring each individual as the expert of their own life while walking alongside them as they reconnect with their values and create a path forward.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, we support clients in recognizing unhelpful thought patterns, finding grounding in the present moment, and developing sustainable, nurturing ways of being. We deeply value authenticity, curiosity, and guiding individuals in rediscovering what brings them joy and meaning.
At Authentic Minds, we honor and embrace all people—of all bodies, genders, sexual orientations, races, ethnicities, and abilities. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, trauma-informed space where every story matters.
