Join Our Team: Mental Health Therapist

Authentic Minds Psychotherapy is expanding! We are seeking passionate Pre-Licensed Clinicians and Fully Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) licensed in Pennsylvania to join our growing team as W2 employees.

We believe in supporting our clinicians so they can focus on what they do best: providing exceptional care. Our fee-for-service W2 model combines the autonomy and flexibility of private practice with the stability, admin support, and collaborative community of an established team. There are no minimum caseload requirements.

Compensation

We offer a hybrid fee-for-service model that includes competitive clinical rates and guaranteed paid administrative hours to ensure you are compensated for your documentation, training, and meeting time.

Clinical Hourly Rates:

  • Fully Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT): Starting at $50 per hour

  • Pre-Licensed Clinicians: Starting at $40 per hour

  • Note: Clinical hourly rates are negotiable based on experience, tenure, and specialized certifications.

Admin Hourly Rates:

Part-Time

  • 1-19 confirmed sessions per week

  • 5 hours per week at $20 per hour for Licensed Clinicians

  • 5 hours per week at $15 per hour for Pre-Licensed Clinicians

Full-Time

  • 20+ confirmed sessions per week

  • 10 hours per week at $20 per hour for Licensed Clinicians

  • 10 hours per week at $15 per hour for Pre-Licensed Clinicians

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments and provide high-quality, ongoing psychotherapy sessions.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation and progress notes via our EHR.

  • Maintain ethical, legal, and professional standards of care in alignment with Pennsylvania state boards.

  • Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations (paid under your admin hours).

Qualifications

  • For Fully Licensed: Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Pennsylvania, in good standing.

  • For Pre-Licensed: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy, actively pursuing licensure in PA.

  • Current malpractice insurance (or willingness to obtain it prior to your start date).

  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • A deep commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally affirming care.
