About the Role
Authentic Minds Psychotherapy is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) licensed in Pennsylvania to join our growing team as a 1099 independent contractor. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow a meaningful caseload while working within a supportive and values-driven practice.
Clinicians have the freedom to build a full-time or part-time schedule based on their availability and professional goals. This position is ideal for therapists who value independence while still benefiting from strong administrative, marketing, and clinical support.

Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments and provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions
Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
Maintain ethical, legal, and professional standards of care
Collaborate with colleagues and community providers when appropriate
Participate in team meetings and clinical consultation
Qualifications
Active LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in Pennsylvania, in good standing
Current malpractice insurance (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed, and affirming care
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred, but not required

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position
Commission-based compensation per completed session, estimated at $47–$63 per hour
Paid twice monthly (on the 15th and last day of each month)
