Authentic Minds Psychotherapy is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team in a full-time, fully remote position as a W2 employee. This role offers complete schedule flexibility and autonomy to manage a full-time caseload (20 or more confirmed sessions per week) while delivering high-quality, compassionate clinical care from home.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fee-for-Service Pay Structure: Starting at $50.00 per hour for all completed sessions, as well as late cancellations and no-shows.

  • Bi-Weekly Admin Bonus: Additional bonus per pay period based on total completed/no-show/late cancellation hours:

  • 1–5 hours: $50

  • 6–19 hours: $100

  • 20–29 hours: $200

  • 30–39 hours: $300

  • 40+ hours: $400

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Required)

  • Active licensure in Pennsylvania as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent (Required; additional state licensures are welcomed)

  • Strong skills in conducting therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, including active listening and empathy

  • Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans and carry out regular assessments

  • Experience maintaining documentation with attention to confidentiality and compliance standards

  • Knowledgeable in crisis intervention techniques and mental health evaluation methodologies

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with other professionals and clients

  • Experience in specialized areas (e.g., trauma-focused therapy, DBT, EMDR) is a plus
